Quality is a process, not a certificate. This is what happens to every order, whether the goods come out of our warehouse or off a partner factory line.

Supplier selection
Every line is sourced from at least two suppliers and quoted against each other. We check licences and previous export records before placing anything.

Pre-production sample
For anything made to order, a sample is signed off by you before the run starts. Nothing goes into production on an assumption.

In-line check
We visit the supplier while your order runs and check the goods against the agreed specification, not just at the end.

Pre-shipment inspection
Quantity, colour, function and packing condition checked on the finished goods. Faults found here are fixed before shipment, not argued about after arrival.

Report and loading
You receive a written inspection report with photos before the balance payment. Then carton drop test, consolidation and container loading photos.

Enquiry & requirements
Send your target market, the categories you want and your price points. We confirm feasibility and flag anything that cannot be sourced within budget.

Sourcing & quotation
We walk the market, price each line against several suppliers and come back with options at different cost points — not a single take-it-or-leave-it number.

Samples & approval
You approve the sample, the artwork and the packaging before anything is produced or bought in volume.

Order & inspection
We place the orders, follow them with each supplier, and inspect the finished goods against an agreed checklist before packing.

Warehouse, consolidation & loading
Stock is pulled from our own warehouse and made-to-order goods arrive from the partner factories. We consolidate, re-palletise if needed and load, with photos of the full container.

Documents & after-sales
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and test reports, then sea, air or DDP delivery. Spare parts and claims support after arrival.

- EXW, FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Yantian, CIF and DDP
- Sea freight for LCL and full containers
- Air and express for samples and urgent orders
- DDP door delivery to the US, EU, UK, Australia, Canada and the Gulf
- Consolidation with other suppliers on request
