Why we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange samples and shipments, provide after-sales support, and — where you have consented — to send occasional product or industry updates. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

- Legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and maintaining our commercial records.

How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the last contact unless they become part of a customer file. Order, invoice and shipping records are kept for the period required by Chinese tax and export law, currently ten years. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary to deliver your order: freight forwarders and customs brokers, certification bodies where testing is required, and service providers such as our email host and analytics provider. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on standard contractual clauses or your explicit consent.
