There is no single MOQ. On clearance stock the limit is how much is left in the lot, usually 50 to 200 pcs per item. On made-to-order lines we work from the factory MOQ and negotiate it down for you. For a mixed container we combine many small lines, so the total order reaches a workable volume even when each item is small. Tell us your budget and we will say honestly what fits.

Clearance or leftover stock is a single batch left over from another buyer's order. It is cheap because it is finite. Once it is sold it cannot be repeated, and the next batch of the same item will differ in price, packing or colour. Where you need to reorder the same quality, choose our ready-stock items instead — those come from the same supplier year round.

Yes, and most of our buyers do. Thirty suppliers, one container, one set of export documents. We consolidate everything in our warehouse, check it, re-palletise if needed and load it. Tell us your target volume and we will build the mix with you.

Yes. Send us your WhatsApp number and we will send photos and video of the actual cartons. For larger orders we can arrange a live video call while we inspect.

Yes. Stock samples ship within 48 hours by DHL, FedEx or UPS on a freight-collect basis. Customised samples take about a week. The sample charge is refunded against your first bulk order.

Ready stock usually ships in 7-15 days. Items made to order take 20-35 days depending on the factory. Consolidating many suppliers into one container adds a few days. We confirm the exact date on the proforma invoice and send production photos as the order moves.

By owning the stock and inspecting the rest, rather than promising. Clearance stock is checked in our own warehouse before it is listed. Made-to-order goods are checked at the partner factory, where we hold the licence and export records, and you receive a written report with photos before the balance payment. Faults found at that point are corrected before shipment.

Send photos and the packing list within 30 days of arrival. We open the claim with the supplier and come back with a remedy: free replacement in your next order, a credit note, or a refund. We handle the argument with the supplier rather than passing it to you. Consumables and damage from incorrect use or storage are excluded.

30% deposit by T/T with the balance against the B/L copy, or L/C at sight. PayPal, Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance are accepted for samples and small trial orders if you prefer an escrow arrangement.

EXW, FOB Ningbo, Shanghai or Shenzhen, CIF, and DDP door delivery. Sea freight for full containers, air and express for urgent shipments. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and test documents, and we can quote DDP to Lagos, Accra, Nairobi, Mombasa, Veracruz and Manzanillo.

CE and RoHS for general export, FDA and LFGB for food-contact items, EN71 and CPSIA for toys, REACH for chemicals and textiles, OEKO-TEX for fabrics, SONCAP for Nigeria, PVoC for Kenya, and NOM for Mexico. Availability depends on the item, so tell us the market and we will confirm in writing what can be supplied and what the testing costs.
